Identical Quadruplets Charm In New Baby Photos

Identical quadruplets from Canada marked their third month of life with new adorable photos. It is impossible to look away. Resistance is futile…

The adorable identical quadruplets were conceived naturally, without the help of ꜰᴇʀᴛɪʟɪᴛʏ ᴅʀᴜɢs or any ʀᴇᴘʀᴏᴅᴜᴄᴛɪᴠᴇ ᴛᴇᴄʜɴᴏʟᴏɢʏ ɪɴᴛᴇʀᴠᴇɴᴛɪᴏɴ. Their parents, Bethani and Tim Webb from Alberta, were sʜᴏᴄᴋᴇᴅ when a routine ᴜʟᴛʀᴀsᴏᴜɴᴅ revealed four babies.

The new mom and her husband, Tim Webb, welcomed their naturally conceived quadruplets on May 6. They were born via C-sᴇᴄᴛɪᴏɴ when Bethani was 33 weeks pregnant. The Webbs, who have no history of multiples on either side of their family, were told by a nurse during pregnancy that the odds of having natural quads are one in 67 million.

Since the girls are identical, the parents came up with a solution to help them identify their daughters: Each baby wears a different colored pair of earrings and has toenails painted a different color than her sisters’. “Abigail is bluish green, Emily is purple, Grace is red and McKayla is pink,” Webb said.

And each has her own distinct personality. “Abby is the smallest, and she’s gonna be the daddy’s girl; Emily is the calmest and most talkative; and Grace is the drama queen,” says Bethani. “Mckayla, she’s probably the happiest.”

The family goes through 24 diapers and 24 bottles each day. And the mother of four admits that bedtime can be overwhelming. “I put one down and then another one starts crying, and then I get her and another one starts crying,” says Bethani. But she isn’t complaining.

The photos were taken by Cassandra Jones of Noelle Mirabella Photography, who already photographed them when they were two months old. The babies are definitely more of a handful now, she said.

“Oh my goodness, it was so much harder this time,” Jones said. “Three months makes a big difference. The girls were not nearly as sleepy and there was a lot more fussing, which is to be expected at a 3-month shoot.”

All of the girls are smiley now and some thought their photographer was funny, Jones observed.

One of the photos shows one of the babies staring into the camera with furrowed brows while her sisters snooze. Jones lost track of who was who and wasn’t sure which of the girls was so intense, but she only opened her eyes for about a minute and then fell back asleep without any soothing, Jones noted.

The shoot lasted about four hours, with three assistants helping Jones.
