The mum-of-three shared a brutally honest post about motherhood on Instagram
HELEN Flanagan has opened up about “mum guilt” with a sweet post about her children.
With her ex-partner Scott Sinclair, the former Corrie star is the mother of three children: Matilda, age 10, Delilah, age 7, and Charlie, age 4.

However, following her split from Scott after 13 years together in October 2022, Helen has been learning to navigate the dating scene as well as co-parenting her family.
In a heartwarming new post, Helen shared photos and videos of life with her children – being brutally honest about the ups and downs of recent life.
“Looked back at some of my favourite times with the kids this year x” she said on Instagram.
“Found motherhood hard recently, I’ve felt overwhelmed and stressed the majority of the time and I want to get back to when im present and I’m really in it and I’m really enjoying it.”
“I always wanted to be a mum,” she continued, before listing her relationship with her kids. “I get mum guilt with Matilda as I feel like I’m always pre occupied with her brother, I can’t give her the energy that I want to give her and I feel like she always sees me at my worst.

“I also feel like she needs calm which I can never be”
“Delilah, I feel like I’m getting it right with her and I feel like our bond is tight, so that’s something not to beat myself up about,” she continued. “Charlie I could pull my hair out sometimes, I feel like I’ve got the male version of me.”
“Co parenting is hard and not being a team together and not being able to talk about your anxieties and worries for the kids,” Helen continued.
“I suppose you can only do your best and be kind to yourself but I wanted these on my grid for me as they make my soul happy”

Among the photos Helen shared were pictures from a day out swimming with all three kids, pictures from Charlie’s birthday, and a theatre night with Delilah.
Helen has had a number of “t.w.e.a.k.m.e.n.t.s” and procedures since she and Scott broke up, most recently £400 worth of skin jabs.
Additionally, after a year together, her romance with Robbie Talbot, a new man, ended earlier this year.
A source told in May: “They want different things in life. She has just landed a new acting job and is trying to juggle work projects with the kids.
“She sat him down two weeks ago and said, ‘This isn’t working’. It was a grown-up chat.

“She just wants to be on her own for a while although she still has feelings for him.”
